Ida Sue Hardy

Ida Sue is the church secretary for First Baptist Church Jackson. She is the first face you will see when you enter the church office. Ida Sue keeps church records, answers calls, and produces the bulletins and newsletter, among other responsibilities.

Ida Sue has spent her entire life at First Baptist Church Jackson. Having been saved at 12 years old, she has now taught Sunday School for more than 42 years. Ida Sue’s favorite verse is Philippians 4:13, “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” She is “happy to live in a small town and to go to a great and loving church.”

Ida Sue is married to Allen. She has two children, Tracy and David. She also has five grandchildren, Sheridan, Danielle, Ethan, Eric, and Kacy.
